About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Generator Supercenter of Lawton, OK. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional and courteous demeanor
